It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Mifflin Township and Franklin County, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

11. Ohio Governing Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code § 149.43, governs access to nonexempt records held by Ohio public offices, but it does not make this private reference service a public office or records custodian.
